Security Tags
Any security tags or seals attached at the time of delivery must remain intact and unbroken.
Documentation
Original receipt, authentication certificate, and any provided documentation must accompany the return.

Return Authorization
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service for your protection.
Ship Your Return
Send your return to the address provided with your RAN. Please ship within 5 business days of receiving authorization.
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item within 3 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Information
Cryptocurrency Payments
Refunds for cryptocurrency purchases will be issued in the same cryptocurrency at the current market rate, or in USDT equivalent if preferred.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved. Cryptocurrency refunds may process faster.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an authenticity concern. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
